理化性质

无色易燃有石油醚样气味的气体。分子式C3-H6。分子量42.08。密度1.879g/l(0℃)。熔点-126.6℃。沸点-33℃。自燃点500℃。蒸气密度1.48。蒸气与空气混合物爆炸限2.4~10.4% 。微溶于水; 溶于固定油; 易溶于乙醇、乙醚。性质不稳定,易变为开链化合物,较易被浓硫酸吸收。遇热、明火易燃烧爆炸。能与氧化剂反应。

接触机会

用于有机合成。医药上曾用作麻醉剂。

侵入途径

主要经呼吸道吸入。

毒理学简介

小鼠吸入LCLo: 282 gm/m3/2H。

对中枢神经系统具有麻醉作用。动物麻醉时血压和呼吸无明显影响。血液生化改变不大。在体内无蓄积性。

临床表现

吸入一定量环丙烷气体后有头昏、头痛感觉。

+A 22-yr-old white male was found dead in a storage room as a result of a fatal suicidal ingestion of cyclopropane. Autopsy findings revealed congestion and hemorrhagic edema of the lungs, congestion of the trachea, and early autolysis. Cyclopropane was determined by headspace gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. [R14]

处理

吸入环丙烷气体后如有头痛、头昏症状时,立即离开现场到新鲜空气处,可很快恢复。必要时可对症治疗。
