二环己胺; Dicyclohexylamine; N,N-Dicyclohexylamine; N-Cyclohexyl cyclohexanamine; CAS:101-83-7

理化性质

无色液体。有鱼腥味。分子式C12-H23-N。分子量181.31。相对密度0.9104(25/25℃)。凝固点-0.1℃。沸点256℃。闪点>98.89℃(开杯)。蒸气密度6.27。稍溶于水; 溶于通常有机溶剂; 与环已胺混溶。强碱性。遇热、明火、氧化剂会烧。加热分解,生成氮氧化物。

接触机会

用于制药、防锈剂、染料、表面活性剂、杀虫剂、增塑剂、橡胶; 是生产己内酰胺的中间产物。在生产中,二环己胺与环己胺同时存在。

侵入途径

可经呼吸道、消化道和皮肤吸收。

毒理学简介

大鼠经口LD50: 373 mg/kg。小鼠经口LD50: 500 mg/kg。

二环己胺经口毒性属中等毒类,吸入毒性属高毒类。人经口MLD为50mg/kg。

二环己胺蒸气为致痉挛毒物。对小鼠的LC100为250mg/m^3,MLC为150mg/m^3。中毒动物表现为躁动不安和强直性阵发性痉挛,1-2小时内死亡。小鼠在150mg/m^3浓度吸入40分钟,中枢神经系统阈下刺激的综合能力无改变。以液体20mg涂兔皮可致坏死,经2~4周愈合。以1% 液体反复涂布豚鼠皮肤,未发生过敏反应。

临床表现

未见急性中毒病例报道。

*STRONG IRRITANT TO SKIN & MUCOUS MEMBRANES. [R6]

*THIRTY-FIVE TO FORTY PER CENT OF SODIUM SALT OF CYCLOHEXAMIC ACID IS ELIMINATED THROUGH KIDNEYS. UP TO 40% IS CHANGED INTO CYCLOHEXAMINE IN HUMANS & TO LESSER EXTENT INTO DICYCLOHEXAMINE, WHICH IS CARCINOGENIC. [R15]
