理化性质

乳白色晶体。分子式C10-H12-O5。分子量212.21。熔点150℃。在25℃时溶解度: 0.35g/100ml(水),103g/100g(乙醇),83g/100ml(乙醚)。遇铁和铁盐会变黑。遇热、明火可燃。能与氧化物反应。

接触机会

用作食品、脂肪、油、醚、乳剂、蜡的抗氧化剂。

主要经胃肠道吸收。

毒理学简介

大鼠经口LD50: 2100 mg/kg。小鼠经口LD50: 1700 mg/kg。

毒性低,豚鼠经皮毒性试验仅有轻微皮肤刺激。

临床表现

未见职业中毒的报告。
