无色液体。分子式C6-H12-Cl2-O。分子量171.08。相对密度1.11(25/25℃)。凝固点>-20℃。沸点187.3 ℃。闪点85℃(开杯)。蒸气密度6.0。蒸气压0.013kPa(0.10mmHg20℃)。水中溶解度0.17; 与大多数有机溶剂混溶。遇热、明火、强氧化剂可燃。加热分解,生成氯化物。

接触机会

在生产丙二醇时本品为副产品,也是生产染料、树脂、制药工业的中间体,可用作脂、蜡、润滑脂的溶剂和去漆剂、去垢剂、萃取剂。

侵入途径

可经呼吸道、消化道及无损皮肤吸收。

毒理学简介

大鼠经口LD50: 240 mg/kg; 吸入LCLo: 700 ppm/5H; 经皮LD50: >2 gm/kg。小鼠经口LD50: 296 mg/kg。兔经皮LD50: 3 mL/kg。

液体及高浓度蒸气对粘膜有刺激作用。

大鼠吸入β,β’-二氯异丙醚的接近饱和浓度蒸气,出现共济失调及眼刺激,1小时后死亡。

临床表现

未见急性中毒报道。

美国HSDB引用文献：

*The toxicity of /bis(2-chloro-1-methylethyl) ether/ is somewhat less than that of the dichloroethyl ether but damage occurs in the liver and kidneys rather than in the lungs. /Bis(2-chloro-1-methylethyl) ether/ causes no primary irritation of the skin but may penetrate the skin sufficiently to cause death. ... No cases of injury to health of humans have been reported. [R23, 786]
